Authors are invited to submit manuscripts carefully checked for correct grammar and spelling reporting original unpublished research and recent developments in the topics related to the conference in the IEEE format to a maximum extent of 6 pages.
We strongly encourage authors to submit papers electronically in
both MS WORD and PDF . Submission of a paper should be regarded as an
undertaking that, should the paper be accepted, at least one of the authors
will register and attend the conference to present the work. Each
submitted paper will be peer reviewed and the comments will be provided to
the authors. The accepted papers will be published in the proceedings which
will be given at the time of registration .There are 10 best paper
awards.
We also encourage potential projects from students in the above
areas in the paper form.
