Hence,we have gone all out to give what you demand – a web based e-magazine also suitable for offline
reading;
February is the month of love, romance and relationships. Keeping up with the spirit of Valentine’s Day, we bring to you this
inaugural issue, students’ voices spanning VIT (sharing what 14th February means to them). The question we put forth is, “Is Valentine’s Day a day meant only for couples?” We went all out to seek a guy’s perspective and a girl’s outlook in this regard. As a unique initiative, we dug out records left, right and center to bring to you the annals of Riviera of the past decade. The Vice President, VIT University Chennai Campus was passionate to share his experiences with Riviera for the past ten years.
I am glad to have a team with such high aspirations. Right from rushing to the CTS, waiting on occasions
when meetings were delayed, missing out on movies with friends, rushing to the guesthouse for interviews,
cracking jokes and giving parties to boost the morale, sacrificing their all so precious morning sleep on
holidays and completing urgent deadlines, my team has never let me down.It is from you dear friends that
we continu-ously draw inspiration to turn Splash into aname to reckon with. Therefore,
we take this opportunity to thank the management and every student of VIT
without which this endeavor would not have turned into a reality.
