Tutorials are an integral component of CommV’09. They either provide an intensive introduction to an evolving or emerging research area or allow attendees to develop skill in the application of some advanced topic. CommV’09 invites proposals for half-day. Potential tutorial instructors are invited to submit tutorial proposals of at most 8 pages. It should include an abstract and tutorial outline which clearly identifies the scope and topics covered, and affiliation and biography of Tutorial Instructor. Evaluation of tutorial proposals will be based on the relevance of the subject matter, and the expertise and experience of the instructor. The tutorials will be held two days before the main conference (October 6-7, 2009). Please send tutorial proposal in PDF or MS word format by July 1st, 2009 to the Tutorial Chair: Dr. S.K.
