1. English is the official language for poster session

3. Poster dimensions: 90 cms x 90 cms

4. The presenting author of the poster is responsible for the proper assembly and mounting of his /
     her poster

5. Pushpins / cellophane tapes can be used to mount the posters. Each presenter must bring the
    required materials.

6. Logos and advertizing materials must not be used.

7. The poster should contain title, name of author(s), affiliation, aim / objectives, materials and
     methods, results and discussion with illustrations (Tables and figures) and conclusions. Few
     references may be given.

8. You may be requested for a 5 min. oral presentation as part of the poster session. Hence,
    keep ready your power point presentation which should not have more than 5 slides.
