Registration Fees covers participation in Scientific Sessions, the printed congress materials, participation certificate and entry to all the social events.

*For International participants, registration fee also covers accommodation at the University guest house.

A demand draft should be made in favour “VIT University” payable at Vellore and sent along with the filled-in registration form to the following address:

Payment is either by Bank Transfer (see details below) or in cash after arrival.

     Note:

     •  Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration and      accommodation fees.

     •  Please make sure the name of the congress and the participant are stated on the bank transfer.

     •  Postal orders and travellers cheques will NOT be accepted.

Accommodation Information

    A good number of hotels at reasonable rates (ranging from Rs.1000 to Rs.1200) are available. For more details, visit

    house. Limited accommodation for students from outside Vellore can be arranged at the University hostels.

     NOTE: If you require accommodation to be provided by us, draw an additional demand draft of Rs. 1000 in favour of “ VIT
      University ” payable at ‘Indian Bank, Vellore , Tamil Nadu' and sent along with the completed registration form. Please
     write your name, designation and organization behind the DD.
