What should I do after coming to the campus?
Outstation participants who have registered for accommodation are requested to report to the hospitality desk, where the required formalities of allotment of rooms will be finished. If you are availing the transport facilities provided by us, you will be directly taken to the reception and hospitality desk. What should I bring with me?
Also,
Mattresses and pillows shall be provided to you if your accommodation is confirmed.
What about the eating facilities?
A food stall shall be set up in the campus which will cater to all your food requirements. Apart from that, there are numerous other eating outlets in and around the campus.
What about the hospital facility?
There is an institute Health Centre located close on-campus. In case you fall ill, you are advised to report to us at the hospitality or help desks. We shall make appropriate arrangements for you to be treated at the health centre.
What about the security facilities?
The VIT campus has a vigilant and round-the-clock security service. To ensure the safety of the participants, there will be additional security guards in hostels in order to avoid thefts and other mishaps.
