SECURITY GUIDELINES

We at vit university are committed towards a safe fest for all the participants. The participants of the RIVIERA must obey the following rules and regulations.

          All participants must carry their participants id card at all times during the fest and should be produced on
             demand by VIT university security gaurds.

             Consumption of liquor or any other intoxicant or smoking is strictly prohibited within the campus
             premises.Offenders will be strictly dealt with.

            Camera cell phones are strictly prohibited within the campus premesis

            Entry of private vehicles are strictly prohibited.(excepting for college vehicles).Male participants are not
           allowed to enter any of the girls accommodation or vice versa.

          We bear no responsibility for the loss or theft of any of valuables of the participants.Participants are requested to
            take care of your own valuables during your stay.

          Any kind of in indisciplinary behavior any of the contigent member during any time of the fest shall lead to
            cancellation of the college registration and hence fom further participation in the fest.The respected college will
            be intimated

INFORMATION PERTAINING TO THE FEST

Participants should be bonafide students enrolled in full time courses in the respective institutions. Colleges should produce a bonafide certificate, for all the participants, attested by the head of the institution.

Each college/university should send two members as their contingent leaders.The participants are asked to bringtheir college identity cards.

The colleges/university will have to bare the travel expenses.

The participants will be provided lodging facilities by VIT University.

The team leaders will have to produce two flags of his/her college/university at the registration counter for march past.
