should be paid in cash during check in)
Registration fees:
Rs. 100 per participant
Rs. 50 per participant per game
· A return confirmation (fax/mail/post) will be sent which has to be produced at the time of registration.
· Please provide us with valid contact numbers (preferably refer to a mobile number on which the person can be
contacted during the fest also).
· The last date for sports registrations is January 17th.
· Photocopies of Participants Details Form can be used if needed.
The registration form should be faxed/mailed (between 1000hrs to 1700hrs) at the earliest.
